Leo&Luna srl's return policy was designed with the aim of offering our customers a satisfactory purchasing experience, while providing clear and transparent rules for managing returns. We recognize that customers may wish to return or exchange a product for various reasons, and we try to simplify the process to ensure your satisfaction.


General Terms


Return Period
Products purchased from Leo&Luna srl ​​can be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt of the shipment to the address Via Monte Aprica 19 20021 Baranzate (MI). During this period, you have the right to inspect and evaluate the product, just as you would in a physical store. However, the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, without damage or signs of wear. If the product has sealed packaging, do not break it unless you are sure of your decision. The removable product is not refundable under any circumstances .


Return Notification
If you wish to return a product, please inform us within the 7 day period of receiving the shipment. You can do this by sending an email to info@leoeluna.it.


Returns Process


Inspection and Refund
Once we have received your returned product, we will carry out an inspection to ensure that it is in the required condition. Subsequently, we will proceed with the refund. Your refund will be processed using the same payment method you used during purchase, unless you prefer a different method. We will do our best to complete the refund as quickly as possible.


Return Shipping Costs
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer . This means you will have to cover the costs of returning the product. These costs are estimated at a maximum of €12. We will do our best to ensure the returns process is as easy as possible for you.


Special Returns: Size Errors


We understand that size errors may occur. Here's how we handle returns in such cases:

  1. If you want to make a kennel too large and replace it with a smaller kennel.

    You can return the product at your own expense, place a new order with the correct size, and once you receive the new product, you will be credited with a refund for the returned item.

    Or, we can manage the collection of the product and ship the replacement product in the correct size. In this case, we will only charge you the cost of transport for a maximum of €12.
  1. If you want to make a kennel too small and replace it with a larger kennel.

    You can return the product at your own expense, place a new order with the correct size, and once you receive the new product, you will be credited with a refund for the returned item.

    Or, we can manage the collection of the product and ship the replacement product in the correct size. In this case, we will charge you for the transport cost up to €12 plus the difference in price of the larger size compared to the size purchased.
